Şerban-Constantin Valeca, Senator and Advisor to the Prime Minister of Romania for Nuclear Matters
Mr. Valeca has been senator in the Parliament of Romania since 2008. In present is Vice-president of Romania Senate. He held the office of Minister of Research and Innovation in two governments. He held the position of Director of the Pitesti Nuclear Research Institute, between 1992 – 2005. Prof. Valeca holds PhD from the University of Brasov and he is professor at the University of Pitesti. Is ICN senior researcher: author or coauthor of over 140 research reports and scientific research contracts, 11 books / courses, 7 patents for inventions. In present is President of Scientific Council of RATEN-ICN.
