Born in Manchester, UK – British and now also Belgian nationality. Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Imperial College, London. 21 years in nuclear research with British Nuclear Fuels, finally as the company’s European Research Links Manager.

One year at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency as Senior Consultant on spent fuel management. 14 years as Deputy Director and then Head of the British Nuclear Fuels Brussels Office. 12 years with FORATOM as Director of Institutional Affairs.

Now a partner in the civil society NGO “weCARE” campaigning for clean, affordable and reliable energy.
