Teresa Luis Ruiz

Teresa Luis Ruiz is Head of Endesa Brussels in charge of European Institutional and Regulatory Affairs within the Public Affairs, Regulation and Antitrust Unit at Enel Group. She holds a Master degree in European Law from IEE (Institute of European Studies) at ULB and a Bachelor´s degree in Law. She joined Endesa in 2010 where she has been heading the European Institutional and Regulatory Affairs in Brussels. Prior to join Endesa, she was Cofounder and Partner at Bonphil S.A, Consultant and European Law firm where she specialized in areas like energy, environment and telecommunications.
