Bridget Sparrow – Urenco, Chief Operating Officer
Bridget was appointed as Urenco Chief Operating Officer in 2023.
Bridget started her career with Dow Corning at Barry, United Kingdom, before moving to the United States as production leader at the Midland, Michigan manufacturing facility. After fulfilling roles as a human resources manager, engineering manager and operations manager in the United Kingdom, Bridget started working for the Zhangjiagang site (China) in 2007 as a human resources business partner.
From 2010, Bridget worked as a business manufacturing technology leader for Dow Corning. She also led the integration of Manufacturing & Engineering and Public Affairs from Dow Corning to Dow. From August 2018, Bridget was responsible for the Dow production site in Stade (Germany).
