Christophe Grudler – Member of the European Parliament

Christophe Grudler is a French Member of the European Parliament (MEP) since 2019 and a member of the centrist Renew Europe group.

A historian and journalist by training, he has strong ties to his hometown of Belfort, where he has been elected as a local representative multiple time.

In the European Parliament, Christophe Grudler serves as the Coordinator for the Renew Europe group in the ITRE Committee (Industry, Research, and Energy). He is deeply engaged in shaping European energy and industry policy and previously served as shadow rapporteur for the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) and the Net Zero Industry Act (NZIA). He has also launched a parliamentary focus group dedicated to the future of nuclear power in Europe, which he chairs.
