Registration information

For in person registration the participant must adhere to the security procedures for entering Commission buildings. All visitors are required to pre-register using V-PASS, the Commission’s visitor registration tool. To facilitate this, we will input your email address into V-PASS, enabling you to receive an invitation from the system. Upon receiving the invitation from automated-notifications@nomail.ec.europa.eu, you will gain access to the system to enter your personal information. Once your registration in this system  is validated, you will receive an email containing a QR code. Please note that is essential to bring this QR code with you, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, and present it to the security team upon arrival.

This procedure is separated from your registration process for the Stakeholders’ Forum which is done through  nucleareurope website, access to V-PASS system and corresponding email should be available to you only one week before the event.
