As Europe works urgently toward climate neutrality and energy security, European Nuclear Energy 2026 (ENE26) will convene government, policymakers, regulators, utilities, technology innovators, decision-makers, market leaders, multilateral banks, contractors, developers, researchers, investors, and nuclear energy stakeholders to redefine nuclear energy’s value in enabling Europe’s net-zero future.

During the Workshop, legal, technical and policy experts from the government and private sector will come together to discuss the unique legal challenges posed by advancements in small modular, transportable, marine, and Generation IV reactors and identify potential paths forward.

The Nuclear Industry Association annual conference is back on Thursday 4 December. The event will bring together an array of speakers covering key developments over the past year, as well as looking ahead to 2026 and beyond.

Held under the Danish Presidency of the EU, this event will look at how a diverse mix of low-carbon energy sources can support EU industrial competitiveness. It will discuss the key challenges and obstacles to electrification and the decarbonisation of industrial sectors and how nuclear energy can contribute to overcome these.
