Registration information

For in person registration the participant must adhere to the security procedures for entering Commission buildings. All visitors are required to pre-register using V-PASS, the Commission’s visitor registration tool. To facilitate this, we will input your email address into V-PASS, enabling you to receive an invitation from the system. Upon receiving the invitation from automated-notifications@nomail.ec.europa.eu, you will gain access to the system to enter your personal information. Once your registration in this system  is validated, you will receive an email containing a QR code. Please note that is essential to bring this QR code with you, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, and present it to the security team upon arrival. This procedure is separated from your registration process for the workshop which is done through  nucleareurope website, access to V-PASS system and corresponding email should be available to you only one or two weeks before the before the event.
