Bertrand Deprez

Head of Governmental Affairs and Policy for Europe, GE Vernova

Bertrand Deprez is the head of policy and government affairs of GE Vernova in Europe. GE Vernova is one of the largest technology providers for the generation, transfert and storage of electricity in Europe. He is currently holding responsibilities in several associations and groups related to the EU.

Previously, Bertrand used to be the vice-President for EU Government Affairs at Schneider Electric where he managed public affairs activities for the group in Europe. Prior to that, Mr Déprez for worked several years at Edelman/The Centre a well-known PR/PA agency specialised in EU affairs. Mr Déprez graduated at University Lyon 3 (France) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK). He lives in Brussels. He is also an alumni of the  International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of States.
