John Moore

Director of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer – CANDU Owners Group (COG)

Mr. Moore is the Director of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer of the CANDU Owners Group (COG) in Toronto, Canada. He is responsible for financial and business services, corporate governance, risk management and human resources functions. Before joining COG he worked for 5 years at the IAEA in the Nuclear Power Engineering Section, working on a variety of projects related to procurement, commissioning and ageing management. He originally started his career and worked 27 years with Ontario Power Generation in Canada in design, engineering and project management support for the Pickering and Darlington Nuclear stations.
