Xianglian He

Deputy Director, Department of Quality and Safety Management – Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research & Design Institute (China)

Xianglian He, born on 26 Aug. 1974. After graduation in Mechanical Engineering at the Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Xianglian He worked for Primary Equipment Design of NSSS in Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research & Design Institute (SNERDI).  In the latter years of her designer career, she was rated as academic leader of Reactor Vessel Internals design.

Xianglian He started to work as an assistant director of dept. of quality and safety management in 2011.  She also got Master’s Degree of Nuclear Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2014.  She focuses on the management system and safety culture improvement in the new field.  She organized the nuclear safety culture self-assessment of SNERDI for the first time and took steps to improve the culture environment.

Xianglian He has been the Deputy director of Dept. of Q & S Management from 2017.
