Germaine is a life-long learner with a penchant for cultivating growth and unfoldment of everything she touches. She has over 30 years’ experience as an organization improvement professional. Her work has focused on workforce design, culture change, and organization performance improvement in the nuclear energy, workers’ compensation, and healthcare sectors. She has pioneered new approaches to integrating human and organizational factors into the design and development of process-based integrated management systems. In addition, she has explored new ways of addressing organization performance challenges, including disengagement, culture and leadership issues, using behavioural analytic data to understand workforce strengths and challenges and to identify system-wide talent diversification, development, and deployment priorities. Convinced that human beings are the heart, soul, and conscience of every organization, she continues to ask the question ‘How can organizations aspire to become what their members have the potential to be’.
