Director of Corporate Quality Assurance – Black & McDonald Limited

Mr. Tracy W. Mason is the Director of Corporate Quality Assurance with Black & McDonald Limited. Tracy has over 18 years of experience working in the quality field. With his current position Tracy oversees the implementation of the Black & McDonald’s quality programs in various sectors including nuclear, oil and gas, mining and heavy construction. Mr. Mason is a graduate of the Welding Engineering Technician program at College of the North Atlantic, Burin NL. He holds several NDE and Welding Inspection certifications as well as completion of The Nationalboard of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspector training including “N” and “A” endorsements. Tracy sits on various CSA Technical committees required for the development of nuclear standards. He is a voting member on CSA N285A Technical Committee on CANDU Nuclear Power Plant Systems and Components and a member on CSA N299 Subcommittee on Quality Assurance Requirements for Supply of Items and Services for Nuclear Power Plants.
