All international participants to the conference are required to take the necessary steps to ensure they meet entry requirements to Canada. This may involve obtaining a Visa. Participants are solely responsible for the costs associated with any applications for entry to Canada.

If Governments wish to apply for a grant on behalf of one of their specialists they should address specific requests to the IAEA. Governments should ensure that applications for grants are:

Submitted by 3 April 2018 the grant application Form and Form A Participation Form to Dr. Pekka Pyy or Ms. Olga Gloeckler
Accompanied by a duly completed and signed Grant Application Form giving detailed information on the scientific qualifications of the candidate and sent through the competent official authority

IAEA supported delegates will receive instructions on how to register online once they have received confirmation from the IAEA that their grant has been approved.
